Assist the company in recruiting and deploying WP candidates from Malaysia and China, as well as SPASS/EP candidates from China, India, Myanmar and the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as candidates) according to the specific work and requirements of the company;
Assist the Company in recruiting and deploying WP candidates from Malaysia and China,and SPASS/EP candidates fom China,India,Myanmar and Philippines (hereinafter referred to as Candidate) based on the Company job specific and requirement;
Agency will undertake overseas on-site screening, interviewing and selection of candidates to ensure he/she meets the company's requirements.
Appoint a coordinator who shall liaise with the Company and be responsible for all administrative duties and procedures arising from the execution of the Recruitment terms and conditions;
Prior to the interview,Agency's counter-part will do the pre-screening and shortlisting of candidates in Malaysia,China,Myanmar and Vietnam,etc based on the Company requirement. The interview can be conduct in web cam, phone interview or face-to-face interview in China/India depending on the number of workers to be recruited.
Agency will prepared test questions during the interview as reference for selections purpose if required;
Agency will be responsible for the entire work permit application process via online application on behalf of the company.Agency will apply the WP/SP after receive the signed authorization letter from the Company.
Agency will purchase Insurance Guarantee with bond protector on behalf of the company.
Agency will ensure Workman Compensation Insurance and Public Liabilities Insurance are in place.
Transportation will be provided by Agency to pick up the workers from the airport to the assigned dormitory on arrival.
Agency will provide workers with phone number 24x7,to respond to all inquires.
Agency will ensure the selected candidate completes and passes his/her preattachment medical.
Agency shall be responsible for sourcing suitable accommodation for the Foreign Skilled Workers which shall be in compliance with(i) the prevailing--Conditions of INFINITE OVERSEAS SERVICES PTE.LTD.(C)Copyright(2023)Al Rights Reserved.
Work Permit for Employers of Foreign Workers under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (Cap 191); and (i) all relevant guidelines issued by the Ministry of Manpower which may be in force.
"Agency" shall conduct an initial check on the address before the worker's arrival to ensure the workers name is able to register in MOM website.An arrival report which includes accommodation inspection and MOM website printed out address record will be submitted to"Company".
"Agency" shall verify workers latest address against MOM's address records on quarterly basis and submit a report to "Company".
Agency will conduct a 1 day orientation course for the workers briefing them on the Ministry of Manpower's Rules and Regulation, Singapore Culture, Transport route, basic safety etc.
Agency will assist in the renewal of the worker's passports, if required. Renewal fees will be borne by the workers.
For renewal cases,Agency will assist for the entire process of renewal including purchase of security bond, submission of online application documents,collect work permit cards.
Agency will assist on cancellation of work permit,transport the workers to the airport as well as to ensure that the worker has cleared the Immigration and check in. Company will bear the cost of the air-ticket only if the worker completed the two year contract and is ceasing the employment with the company.Should the worker decide to renew his employment contract,the company will not bear the cost of the air-ticket for personal reasons and visits back to hometown.
Agency will act as the mediator/counsellor should any problem arise between the workers and Company on a"call and come" basis.
Dedicated teams to take care of workers dormitory and handle worker issue.
Agency will assist in the application of the POSB (or other bank if the company needs) Work Permit Account and collection of the Bank Book and ATM card for the worker.
Agency will responsible for the repatriation of workers, work permit cancellation and necessary tax clearance with IRAS upon expiry or termination of employment agreement.
